When potential clients Google you (and they WILL Google you), what do they find?
If the answer is “not much,” you’re handing business to the next agent they look up.
Imagine someone gets referred to you. They check out your social media and… crickets. Nothing about you stands out. No proof you’re an expert. No content showing you know the market. No personality.
Then, they look up another agent—one who shows up online with video, valuable insights, and a personal brand that actually connects.
Who do you think they’ll call?

How to Fix It
✅ Set up your Google Business page. Your name should show up in local searches.
✅ Use your social accounts like a digital storefront: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook—get them set up.
✅ Make your content about your audience, NOT just yourself.
✅ Aim for 80% lifestyle & community content, 20% market/real estate updates.
✅ Send a weekly email. Stay top of mind.
✅ Post at least 3x per week. If you can’t do this, you’re already behind.
✅ If you can afford it, get a website. If not, at least build a landing page.
✅ Use AI to streamline your content ideas, but make it personal.
